The restaurant at Masseria Potenti has a “field to fork” approach, showcasing the best of Pugliese traditional cuisine with a twist. An innovator by instinct, Maria Grazia Di Lauro Tommasino has effected a reinvention of traditional Italian cooking inspired by the bounty of nature surrounding her. Sourcing her ingredients from the surrounding fields, local farms, and the Masseria itself, Maria-Grazia highlights the abundance and the excellence of the local products. Be it for a romantic dinner for two, a family dinner, a wedding or a celebratory dinner with 250 guests, we are always faithful to our philosophy of serving fresh and seasonal food.
Our secret ingredient? Simplicity combined with love. Many of the delicious products we serve during your stay are available to purchase; superb Primitivo, Fiano, and Rose all from our estate, a selection of conserves made from the fruit from the farm and local ceramics. We are also able to ship our products for you to enjoy on your return home. Or we can make up a nice package to send to your friends and family!
